Registration

Please note that registration of the user is not a pre-condition to being allowed to shop in our webshop. The primary goal of registration is to simplify shopping and enable the user to access the webshop's conveniences, services and unique offers. We treat the shipping and statistical data provided by you as personal information. We only convey the shipping information to the courier as is necessary for the optimal completion of the order.

Orders may be submitted after logging into the webshop. After logging in, the user may view and modify the information located on his/her profile.

Please note that you should record any changes with respect to your shipping data prior to shopping!

Product information

You may find beside each and every product the name of the product, its price and the sizes we have in stock with respect to such product.

Selecting the product, basket

You may put a product into your basket by clicking the "basket" icon next to the product you wish to purchase. Then the number of products you wish to purchase will appear in the right hand corner next to the basket which contains the product(s) you selected so far, its unit price and the total value of the order. You may still increase or decrease the quantity you wish to purchase, delete products from the basket or continue shopping in our webshop. If you are not a registered customer yet, when submitting an order, you will need to provide the billing and shipping information.

The purchase

You may send the order by clicking the "purchase" icon. After the submission of the order, we send an email confirmation to our customers regarding such order. If you do not receive such confirmation following the placement of an order, please contact our customer service.

After we receive an order, it is possible that we will not have enough of a certain product available to serve all of our customers. In such cases, our customer service will inform you via email or the telephone number you provided and will advise you on alternative options.

Confirmation of the order

Within 2 business days after receipt of the order, Clash Kft. will send you a notification regarding the shipping of the product you ordered. In the event that the stock of the product you ordered runs out, Clash Kft. reserves the right to rescind the contract.

Payment by credit/debit card

You may pay via credit/debt card using the OTP Bank Nyrt. credit/debit card service on the Tisza Cipő webshop by way of OTP Bank Nyrt.'s secure card acceptance system using SSL protocol. When paying by credit/debit card, you will be redirected to OTP Bank's payment webpage and the payment will take place directly on the webpage operated by the Bank in accordance with the rules and security standards of the international credit/debit card companies. For the avoidance of doubt, payment via credi/debit card does not occur on the webpage of the Tisza Cipő webshop, but rather through OTP Bank's payment webpage. The Tisza Cipő online webshop is not in possession and does not have any access to the credit/debit card details, including number, expiration date of your card and the related bank account. You will need the following data in order to pay for any goods using a credit/debit card; thus, we kindly ask you to please have your card at hand when placing an order:

• Credit/debit card number (13-19 digit number printed or embossed on the front of the card)
• Expiration date: (number in mm/yy format printed or embossed on the front of the card)
• Validation code: (the last three digits of the number located in the signature panel on the back of the card (CVV2 or CVC2). If there is no such code on your card, please leave such field blank on the payment webpage.)

In our webshop, you may pay with the following types of credit/debit cards:

• Visa (embossed)
• MasterCard (embossed)
• American Express (embossed)
• Electron (not embossed): depending on the issuer – the issuer bank determines in the case of these cards whether they can be used online. If the bank issuing your card authorized online card use, you may, of course, pay with your Electron card in our webshop. For more information, please contact the bank issuing your card. The cards issued by OTP Bank are, of course, acceptable.
• Maestro (not embossed): only cards with the initial numbers 675761 issued by OTP Bank Nyrt. If the card number on your card consists only of 10 digits, please enter the sequence 675761 first and then the 10-digit number from your card.

About the contract

The language of the contract entered into between the parties is Hungarian.

The system automatically offers to the Customer the successive technical steps necessary for the entering into of the contract. The Customer may interrupt the process at any time prior to the submission of the order. Before submitting the order, you have an opportunity to review the information you provided and correct any potential mistakes in the entry of data.

The order sent by the Customer is deemed to be an offer.

The e-contract is entered into when our confirmation of the order arrives to the Customer in an accessible form. If this confirmation does not arrive within 48 hours from sending the order, neither the Service Provider nor the Customer are bound by their offers.

The concluded contracts are not filed by the Service Provider and are not accessible in hard copies later. In case of disputes, the fact that the purchase has taken place is to be proved with the invoice.

Right to rescind

Customers have the right to rescind the contract within 8 business days without giving any reasons for the rescission. The notice of rescission may either be given via email to shop@tiszacipo.hu or in writing to the following address: Clash Kft. 1047 Budapest, Károlyi István u. 10. IV. ép. 1.em. or via facsimile: +3613127871 or by telephone at the following number: +36202696646. The notice for rescission shall commence upon receipt of the product. In the notice of rescission please specify: the name of the Customer, the number of the order, the number of the invoice issued in respect of the order and the bank account number to which the purchase price of the returned product shall be transferred. The product shall be returned to the following address: 1047 Budapest, Károlyi István u. 10. IV. ép. 1.em. The Service Provider is unable to take receipt of C.O.D. parcels for technical reasons. The purchase price may only be refunded by bank transfer or by way of postal check subsequently, following the inspection of the refund obligation in accordance with the provisions of government decree no. 17/1995 (II.5.).

Customers may exercise the right of rescission from an agreement for the sale of products within 8 business days from the receipt of the product (details are set out in government decree no. 17/1995 (II.5.)).

In the case of rescission in writing, such right shall be deemed to be exercised within the notice period, if the Customer sends the notice before the expiration of the notice period. Clash Kft. is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Customer within thirty days from the return of the product. The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product due to the exercise of the right of rescission shall be borne by the Customer but no further costs shall be borne by him/her, except that Clash Kft. may claim damages resulting from the non-ordinary use of the product.

Shipping of the order

Domestic parcels will be delivered by the employees of GLS Courier Service on business days between 8 am and 5 pm without prior telephone notification (therefore, if possible, please request shipping to your workplace).

Shipping time and costs

Shipping cost: HUF 1,325.

Shipping cost will be borne by us, if the value of the purchase exceeds HUF 15,000.

Shipping time: 5-7 business days.

Replacement of products, refund

If the product is replaced or the purchase price is refunded, we will, in any event, give notice in email thereof, and inform you regarding the related steps to be taken and information. The errors or misunderstandings occurring during purchasing may lead to a complaint. We will handle all complaints in accordance with the provisions of the business conditions. We provide feedback on all comments received and proceed with maximal flexibility with the interest of our customers in mind in the case of any errors made by us or our suppliers.

Data protection declaration

We only request such information from the Customer when placing the order which are strictly necessary to perform the order. The data identifying the client and obtained by us will be handled confidentially, and will only be used for the purpose of performing the order. We guarantee that the personal data of the Customers will be stored separately and encrypted, and will not be disclosed to anybody, except for the case when a third person assists in the performance of the order as the sub-contractor of our company (e.g. courier service). In this case the representative of the courier service makes a declaration in the agreement concluded with them acknowledging that they are not entitled to use the personal data provided to them in any way or to disclose those to any third persons, and that they are obliged to handle such information confidentially.

We draw your attention to the fact that we do not assume any responsibility for any possible typographical errors or incorrect data. The material characteristics of the subject matter of the agreement – The characteristics and parameters of the purchased products can be found in details next to the enlarged image of the specific product. We do not assume any responsibility for any possible inaccuracy in the descriptive text. The images displayed are merely illustrations in some cases. The purchase price is always the gross price indicated next to the selected product. The indicated prices do not constitute a direct offer. Clash Kft. assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from any possible typographical errors or errors of the programs.
